A collaborative piece in which water ritual merges with cleaning the Jamaica Bay shoreline. Angela is an artist whose work encompasses “family history, a commitment to social service and sustainability.” Abuela Neighborhood Maintenance Project, is a piece in which Angela gives an incredible example of stewardship. Through an act of performance art, Angela and I will create a new performance piece that combines water ritual with a cleaning ritual.
